We are happy to answer any questions related to TRINKETZ BY CYNTHIA products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of trinketzbycynthia.com. Each piece ordered on trinketzbycynthia.com is made to order and the dimensions and images of pieces are displayed clearly.

While we strive to ensure that all our products are checked for manufacturing defects, a defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. Each piece is unique. Any variation in color or detailing is a result of the handcrafted nature of the products.

1. Please email us at connect@trinketzbycynthia.com along with an image of the defective piece as soon as you receive your order.
   
   
2. Please call, Whatsapp or email Trinketz by Cynthia for a Return Authorization Number (“RA#”) before sending any return as returns will not be processed without prior approval.
   
   
3. Our products may contain natural embellishments like semi-precious stones, wood, resin, etc which are natural products and may contain irregularities. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect.
   
   
4. Since the resolution and colour composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website.
   
   
5. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied to the product. In case of damage in transit please email us at connect@trinketzbycynthia.com along with an image of the defective piece as soon as you receive your order.
   
   
6. Jewellery purchased on sale or discount is “Final Sale”. There will be no exchange or return. Trinketz by Cynthia does not offer price adjustment.
   
   
7. All Sales are final. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, unless there is a defect and a refund for the same will be processed. Custom orders and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
   
   
8. Incase of defect, customer has to request refund / exchange within 24 hrs of delivery. Refund / exchange for the same will reflect / exchanged within 7 to 10 working days.
   
   
9.  However, only sizes may be exchanged with prior intimation & approval from TRINKETZ BY CYNTHIA within 7 days of purchase. The product must be returned unworn & in the proper packaging. Custom orders on all personalized products are “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.
