We offer free shipping to customers in India only.
Customers in UAE will be charged a fixed shipping of INR 500/- and for customers outside India & UAE, a fixed shipping charge of INR 1500/- will apply. Free shipping is applicable if the order value exceeds INR 15000/-.
The orders cannot be shipped to P O Boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Kindly ask for shipping quotes for outside city limits / remote areas

All orders will take about 5 – 7 days for delivery from the date of order. International orders will usually take 7 to 10 working days, but it may take up to 15 days for you to receive your package depending on the time it takes the customs office in your country to clear your package. For any further information on the order status, you can WhatsApp us on +91 9833003991 While we do not collect any sales tax on orders shipped internationally, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any customs or duties imposed by the recipient’s country. Each country has different policies for purchases made outside of their country and unfortunately, we cannot forecast or control these fees and how long it takes to clear the package.
If a package is returned to TRINKETZ BY CYNTHIA as ‘un-deliverable’ or due to an in-correct address, you will be responsible to pay the courier charges to re-send the package. If you refuse a package or the package is returned to sender, the full shipping cost paid by TRINKETZ BY CYNTHIA will be deducted from your return, in addition to any other fees imposed by the shipping carrier to TRINKETZ BY CYNTHIA.

While we strive to ensure that all of our products are checked for manufacturing defects, a defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In such a case, please email us (along with an image of the defective piece) as soon as you receive your order at connect@trinketzbycynthia.com and we would be happy to replace the same. This is also applicable for instances where the piece has got damaged in transit. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied onto the product. Please Call, Whatsapp or Email TRINKETZ BY CYNTHIA for a Return Authorization Number (“RA#”) before sending any return, as returns will not be processed without prior approval.
Our products may contain natural embellishments like semi-precious stones, wood, resin, etc which are natural products and may contain irregularities. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect.
Colors: Since the resolution and colour composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website.
